When our installation team arrives in your garden, they are not strangers to the work. Our craftsmen build the structure and know every joint, every dimension, and every detail. That consistency matters. It means the precision achieved in the workshop directly translates to the finished installation, and any adjustments needed on the day are handled by people who understand the piece.
Installation timescales vary greatly depending on the size and complexity of the project. We provide estimated installation timescales for projects in our quotation before the work begins and we will keep you updated throughout the process should these timescales need to change.

Our team operates safely, is conscientious, discreet, and tidy at all times, treating every garden with the same respect they would want for their own. Tools, materials, and waste are managed carefully, and we leave the garden as we found it, apart from the structure we have just installed.
For larger commercial schemes, development projects, or installations carried out alongside other trades, we bring the same professionalism to site. We are experienced at working within construction programmes, providing method statements and risk assessments, coordinating with other contractors, and adapting to changes in schedule without compromising the quality of our work. Delivery & self-installation
Installation is not always the right choice for every client or every project. For those who prefer to manage the fitting themselves, we offer delivery of all our garden structures, including pergolas, gazebos, gates, trellis, screening, garden seating, planters, and more, direct to your garden anywhere in the UK or overseas.
We can provide detailed instructions to make the fitting process as straightforward as possible. Whatever approach suits you best, we will make it work.
Completion & handover
After completing a private installation, we walk through the finished work with you to ensure it meets your expectations. We will point out any details worth noting and answer any questions about the structure before we leave. Every commission includes comprehensive care instructions, so you have everything needed to keep your structure in excellent condition for years to come.
For contractor and developer projects, we adhere to the sign-off process required by the programme and are available to address any queries during the defects period.
