Not every client wants or needs a full installation. For those who prefer to manage the fitting themselves, or who simply want their order delivered and ready to use, we offer a comprehensive delivery service covering every product in our range. Every item arrives with full installation instructions, so you have everything needed to set things up.
How delivery works
We manage delivery through a mix of our own vehicles and reliable third-party logistics partners, depending on the size and type of the order. For larger commissions, such as substantial structures like pergolas, bridges, and multi-piece schemes, we usually deliver with our own transport.
For smaller items that can be safely packaged for courier transit, we collaborate with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and punctual delivery. In all cases, each item is meticulously packaged for the journey, either crated or wrapped and protected according to the product and the mode of transport.
Arranging your delivery
When we handle deliveries ourselves, we contact you the week beforehand to arrange a suitable date and follow up on the day with an update on timing. For courier deliveries, we will inform you of an approximate delivery date and provide a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s progress.
Before any delivery, we enquire about access to your garden. If there are narrow gates, low bridges, restricted turning areas, or any other considerations we should be aware of, we want to know in advance so we can plan accordingly. If you are likely to be out on the day, let us know and we will discuss the best approach for leaving items safely.

If something goes wrong
In the unlikely event that a structure is damaged during transit, we ask that you photograph the damage and contact us promptly. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve it.

Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK, and our structures have been shipped much further. Over the years, we have completed commissions throughout Europe and beyond, including Switzerland, Monaco, the USA, and Japan.
